DPIRD Digital Library: Preserving and sharing our knowledge
DPIRD’s Digital Library provides access to content created by current and former staff of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, and the former agencies Department of Agriculture and Food in Western Australia, Department of Fisheries, and the Department of Regional Development.
The collection includes almost 10,000 publications, with thousands of readers accessing it every day – check the live map on the bottom of the landing page, which shows downloads in real time. More than 2 million items have been downloaded, all over the world!
The extensive collection of research papers, reports and articles can be used by students, teachers, academics and researchers.
Some of the subject areas covered include agriculture, fishing & aquaculture, natural resources, biosecurity, maps & data, and regional development, just to name a few.
