What’s My Age Again?

Stu­dents dis­cover the process of extract­ing fish otoliths and analysing them to deter­mine the age of the fish. Stu­dents will prac­tice age­ing fish using pho­tographs of black bream sec­tioned otoliths and Aus­tralian her­ring whole otoliths.
