Metropolitan Region Program
Fisheries programs can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each region and include schools, community, events and festivals. School activities are supported with a comprehensive range of education resources including the Beachcombers Education Kit.
Contact your local Community Education Officer about involving Fisheries in your event or incursion/excursion opportunities in your area and the Marine WATERs resources relevant to your locality and/or area of study.

We have a range of fun learning activities focussing on fisheries science and the aquatic environment. Our programs are based on current scientific methodology and data collection and are linked to the Western Australian Curriculum.
